We are a California Department of Education Certified NPA (Non-Public Agency).  We are certified to provide Special Education Services within California schools aligned with students’ Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in the areas of Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Adaptive Physical Education, Psychology, Specialized Academic Instruction, Independent Educational Evaluations IEEs, and other related services.  Celebrations Speech Group comprehensively serves the needs of Special Education.
